Private Handgun Sessions
I have developed a series of Private Handgun Sessions based on the skills I have learned taking numerous firearms classes over the years. The Sessions are reality based and easy to learn for the beginner, novice, and intermediate shooters. These Sessions are for individuals and not groups.
We start with a detailed explanation of handgun training with involvement of the student moving into live-fire exercises. Each Session is foundational and builds off of each other. Topics such as Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Grip, Stance, Dominant Eye, with the emphasis on Safety. The trigger mechanism is throughly explained on the type of handgun the student is shooting. Firing line etiquette is covered for entrance into group courses.
This five part series is the equivalent of a weekend long shooting course with one on one instruction. The Session are broken until into 2 hour blocks that are able to be scheduled over a period of time rather than taking a whole weekend. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of each Session.
Eye protection and active hearing protection are provided for use. Handgun rentals are also available if needed. Ammunition may also be purchased at a discounted price for each Session.

Clothing suitable for the weather (rain, shine, mud, etc.) and the range.
Rain gear and sweatshirt.
