I have developed a four part series of Private Handgun Sessions based on the skills I have learned taking numerous firearms training courses over the years. These Sessions are reality based and easy to learn for the beginner, novice, and intermediate shooters. These Sessions are for individuals and not groups.
We start with a detailed explanation of handgun training with involvement of the student moving into live-fire exercises. Each Session is foundational and builds off of each other. Topics such as Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Grip, Stance, Dominant Eye, with the emphasis on Safety. The trigger mechanism is throughly explained on the type of handgun the student is shooting. Firing line etiquette is covered for entrance into group courses.
This four part series is the equivalent of a weekend long shooting course with one on one instruction. These Sessions are broken down into 2 hour blocks that are able to be scheduled over a period of time rather than taking a whole weekend. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of each Session.
